The MiiR Pourigami is my kind of travel brewer: it folds flat, fits in my pocket, and assembles fast with three metal panels. I like the powder-coated finish for scratch resistance, and the grooves help keep it stable on a cup so it doesn’t just slide off. There’s a slight compromise versus a V60/Kalita, but it still pulls out the flavor I’m looking for when I’m brewing on the go.
