The Flair Pro 2 is my daily driver and I’ve been using it almost every day for the past 6 months. What I love is that it’s around 16,000 pesos but can produce espresso that’s comparable to higher-end machines—plus it’s portable and easy to maintain because there are fewer moving parts. If you enjoy the ritual, manually pulling shots is seriously rewarding.
