In this video, I’m showing you my real workflow for making a clean, professional webinar presentation in under 30 minutes using just two tools: Claude AI and Canva. Because I run a 100% faceless Skool community, I have to show up in different ways—and webinar-style slides are one of the easiest ways to deliver value without overcomplicating it. I use Claude like a business coach, mentor, advisor, and admin assistant all in one, and I’m not exaggerating when I say a lot of my success is because of Claude. I start with a brain dump inside my ongoing Claude chat, then I ask Claude to build the slide structure based on my topic (including timing for a 90-minute session). After that, I tell Claude to generate the actual slides and include host notes—my key talking points—so I can present confidently even if it’s a brand-new training. Once Claude creates the deck, I download it as a PDF, upload it into Canva, and make it editable so I can swap fonts, colors, images, and branding. Then I go back to Claude for separate speaker notes per slide, so my slides can stay image-led while I still sound clear, professional, and prepared.
