Ilia liquid eyeshadow in cork

I mentioned this because pairing a liquid/cream shadow with this palette is the kind of thing that helps these iridescent shades stand out more. Since the Louvre shadows are so sheer, I personally like the idea of using a base to add contrast and make the shimmer read. It’s a good option when you want the look to feel more intentional and less “everything blended into one.”
