The Chanel Ombre Première Libre loose shadow in 402 is absolutely beautiful on the lid, but it’s messy—between swatching and applying, I had powder everywhere. I patted it on over my cream shadow and blended, and the sparkle payoff is gorgeous, I just wish the packaging/application was less fallout-prone.
