This was another Ulta sample that totally got me, especially once the weather got cold and my under eyes started looking extra dry. It’s a thin gel-cream texture that hydrates and plumps without feeling thick. My eye makeup sits nicely on top of it, and I don’t feel like it makes everything crease worse.
