Cubase में MIDI keyboard से live play setting कैसे करें?

मैं Cubase में Studio Setup खोलकर Generic Remote use करता हूँ और वहीं से अपने MIDI controller के buttons map करता हूँ। पहले पुराने mappings delete करता हूँ, फिर new commands add करके “Learn/Replace” से button press करके assign कर देता हूँ। इसके बाद mixer/selected track वाले options सही select करके apply कर देता हूँ ताकि button दबाते ही track focus/selection काम करे।

Cubase में track select करते ही record enable नहीं हो रहा, क्या करें?

अगर track select करने पर record enable नहीं हो रहा, तो Preferences में जाना पड़ेगा। वहाँ “Enable Record on Selected Track” जैसा option मिलता है, उसको check/ON करके Apply और OK कर दीजिए। उसके बाद जिस track को select करोगे, उसी का record enable अपने आप हो जाएगा।

Cubase Generic Remote कहाँ मिलता है और कैसे add करें?

मैं Studio > Studio Setup में जाता हूँ और वहाँ Generic Remote ढूँढता हूँ। अगर list में नहीं दिख रहा, तो “+” (Add) से Generic Remote add कर सकते हो। Add होने के बाद मैं सारे default entries delete करके अपना mapping zero से बनाता हूँ।

Nektar Impact LX61+ को Cubase में MIDI mapping कैसे करें?

मैंने concept यही रखा है कि controller के जो buttons हैं, उन्हें Generic Remote में “Learn/Replace” से map कर लो। फिर Cubase में नीचे वाले section में सही target (जैसे Mixer/Selected Track) चुनकर commands assign कर दो। LX61+ हो या कोई भी controller, process same रहता है—बस MIDI input सही select होना चाहिए।

हाँ, basic level पर possible है—मैं इसी वीडियो में वही approach दिखा रहा हूँ। Generic Remote mapping के through आप buttons से tracks switch कर सकते हो और performance के दौरान mouse dependency कम हो जाती है। Full live rig feel के लिए routing और left/right hand split जैसी चीजें भी होती हैं, वो मैं अगले वीडियो में और detail में बताऊँगा।

Generic Remote mapping में ‘Learn’ काम नहीं कर रहा, क्या problem हो सकती है?

अक्सर issue MIDI input select ना होने या सही device choose ना होने से आता है। मैं हमेशा Generic Remote में सही MIDI device select करता हूँ और फिर “Learn/Replace” करके button press करता हूँ ताकि Cubase MIDI message पकड़ ले। उसके बाद Apply/OK करना मत भूलना, नहीं तो mapping save नहीं होती।
