I painted a beautiful brown owl sitting in a tree trunk. Its big yellow eyes, and large black pupils, were a challenge to keep symmetrical and round. The white face brightens this dark painting as its feathers camouflage in its natural setting. In this piece I learned that acrylics dry darker than when first applied...but the overall product is a great representation of what I hoped to capture! I hope you enjoy it. Like and subscribe.
