Hey girl hey—this vlog is a little “my life lately” staycation moment with my friend Sujen and it was exactly what I needed. We checked into a hotel in Toronto for some real reconnecting and recharging, and of course she came through with an itinerary. I started the day grabbing lunch by the water (yes, it was extremely hot but the view and breeze were so worth it), sending emails, and getting a little work done before my spa appointment. The spa ended up being a solo spa day because Sujen’s meetings ran long, but I still leaned all the way into it—unwinding, relaxing, and just taking that quiet time because God knows I needed it. After that, we finally linked up, got ready, and headed out golfing. I was fully acting like a pro (I said what I said), we had so much fun driving the golf cart, and honestly if you’ve never tried golfing, take this as your sign and just go—shooting skills aside, the vibes were there. We wrapped the day with matcha boba (me and matcha against the world), laughed about the milk choices, and then went to catch sunset views—because sunsets are my favorite thing. It was the perfect mix of pampering, fun, and those little moments that make a girls’ staycation feel so special.
