Queen Of Costumes Mayor Olivia Chow is playing coy about the chances of her running for re-election in October She already won the race for best costumes and her singing and dancing aren't bad either But here's my question for the voters of Toronto. Are you better off today? Is traffic better. Are taxes lower? Is the city run more efficiently more effectively operates or should some new Mayor get the job without the costumes
