Defense Dollars DUMB?

Subs Or Drones? Why's an old, fat Mortgage Broker talking about Defense Spending Because doubling or tripling Defense Spending = Higher Taxes & everyone cares about Higher Taxes We have a $125 BILLION Submarine order on the table. WHY? Do we need these Subs or is it just a Military Vanity Project If the future of War & Defense is Drones why aren't we building Drone Tech with $125B?
