As expected, No Change in the BoC key rate today & likely no change later in July at the next Announcement BoC Governor Tiff Macklem understands the Canadian Economy is weak & vulnerable, Hell, it's a Technical Recession If it wasn't for the Inflation Stimulus coming from the War in the Middle East today's Announcement may have been a cut But the War continues & so does Inflation
