Exercise: How to Feel Emotion -Take a deep breath. -Where do you feel energy in your body? -Try to name the emotion. -How you know that you are experiencing this exact emotion rather than another? -Bring awareness to how it makes you want to react. -Give yourself time to sit with it with from curiosity. -Do not judge yourself. Just be with it as long as it needs to be there. -Nothing has gone wrong. This is how you process emotion. Practice it regularly and you will be amazed at how much better you'll feel.
