I had a kind of crazy idea a couple months ago: What if I started vaping again for one week and used the whole experience to improve my coaching tools and program? I have to admit that I was quit apprehensive to try this out, but I am so glad I did! Not only was I able to successfully quit again, sit with my cravings, and manage my thinking throughout the whole experience, but I also recorded my journey, and used my real-world quitting experience to come up with a bunch of new tools, insights, and exercises for the program.
