We stayed at Las Lagunas Boutique Hotel for our Tikal/Flores portion, and it was a true splurge that made traveling with kids feel easy. The airport pickup in an air-conditioned van, welcome drinks, and staff learning my kids’ names were the little details that made a big difference. We booked the only connecting rooms on property, which was a lifesaver for our family of six.
