For the Hogwarts Express experience, we booked a small group day tour from Edinburgh that included exploring the Highlands and riding the Jacobite Steam Train. It was a full day, but it’s such a bucket-list moment if you have a Harry Potter kid (or you’re the Harry Potter adult, like me).
