Casa Paloma
Casa Paloma was one of the most unique places I’ve ever stayed—handmade decor sourced from local artisans and unreal volcano views from the bedrooms. Arriving by boat at dusk felt a little nerve-wracking, but waking up there completely put our fears at ease. We also loved the extras like hammocks, water shoes, paddle boards, kayaks, and even the option to have a private chef (wood-fired pizza on arrival was so nice).
