We used Adriatika Hotel for our one-night stay in Guatemala City before flying home because it was the only place I could find that truly fit our family of six. Our suite felt more like an apartment, with a full kitchen, two bedrooms, and a pullout couch. The breakfast being included was a big win before another long travel day.
