Block Island: November 2021 The off-season on an island vacation destination is a radically different place than what most people experience. Without the busyness and bustle of the summer high season, you can really enjoy simple pleasures in wonderful ways. I came out to the island to close down the vacation rental for the winter season. Between the house projects, I took some time to enjoy a sunset scooter ride and a hike at the Mohegan Bluffs.
