Final Training Long Run: UTMB Training Week 12

Days out from UTMB 2023! It's hard to believe but this is my final long training run! And then after this begins the short taper to race day. I've been spending the past few weekends packing in the miles and hours with long runs on race-specific terrain. Now we up the efforts with longer distances and throwing in some races for fun too! Two 50K race weekends are behind me, as are many weeks of back-to back long runs. The time really adds up, I tell ya. And as much as I love getting out on the trail to spend most of my weekends running between the sand and sun, I am looking forward to getting some of the time back in my race taper. So here we go!
