There was a restaurant carriage but we had our dinner at the train terminal before we boarded. Once we were onboard, we found our assigned seating, pushed our bags under our seat, plugged in our phones for more charge and sat back admiring the country side. At 8pm the carriage crew began making up the beds. By 10pm, the carriage was quiet and most people were either asleep or watching movies on their phone. 13 hours later, we arrived in Chiang Mai! But the adventure doesn't stop there! Once we arrive in Chiang Mai, we'll explore the city's vibrant markets, visit stunning temples, and immerse ourselves in the local culture.
