It opens at dawn and is the largest seafood market in Bali for fresh seafood. You’ll find almost any type of saltwater catch; prawns, scallops, snapper, tuna, crabs and oysters to name a few. After our seafood was purchased, we all walked about 400 metres down the street to KamPoeng Seafood Restaurant and for a small fee they cleaned and Barbequed our seafood. It was a whole new experience and a much cheaper seafood on the beach dining experience compared to the upmarket beachfront restaurants.
