This week was a full-on self care staycation — like, I took a week off on purpose to get myself together, rest, and actually enjoy my life instead of just running on autopilot after work. I leaned into my little routines (coffee shop reading time, moving my body, and doing the extra “adult” errands I’ve been putting off), and I also went to check out the possibility of getting Invisalign because I’ve been thinking about it for a while and wanted real info instead of just spiraling online. I also started 75 Hard this week, which honestly set the tone for my whole wellness journey moment — more structure, more intention, and more “ok adri, we’re doing this.” And because it’s me, we obviously made time for Disneyland, too. We went on July 17th for Disneyland’s birthday to catch the festivities and the Celebrate Happy Cavalcade, which was such a fun little celebratory reset in the middle of my week. I also share a small Sephora haul and a bunch of cozy, realistic self-care moments that feel very “30s office-job girlie trying her best.”
