Prepping Meal Starters to Save Weekday Sanity | Beef | Bear | Venison | Chicken

In just two partial days I got food prepped for many meals this month and it's such a sanity saver. It's nice that I can quickly look at the meal plan and decide which meals or meal starts to pull from the freezer. You can do this too. Plan some meals and then write out what can be done ahead of time and put in the freezer for later. Set aside some time to cook up your meat, season it and freeze it. That's a great start and if you want to put together full meals then that's great too and you'll thank yourself later. Most of what I made today has been shared before and is in my cookbooks.
