Homemade One Pot Hamburger Helper {and getting my Subaru detailed by @squeakycleandetailingwis}

Did you catch that? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=drBFqCCFZKo Get your vehicle looking SQUEAKY CLEAN Book an appt. here https://calendly.com/squeakycleandetailingwis Homemade One-Pot Hamburger Helper (from Carolyn, a subscriber) 2 T. olive oil 1 lb. ground beef 1 medium yellow onion, chopped salt & pepper 1 t. chili pepper 1 t. paprika 1 t. garlic powder 1 lb. short cut pasta 1 zucchini, grated (about 1 cup) 2 c. low sodium beef broth 1 1/2 c. milk 1 1/2 - 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1 T. ketchup In a large pot set over medium heat, add the olive oil, onion and beef. Season with salt & pepper. Cook until brown all over, breaking up the meat as you go, about 10 minutes. Drain. Stir in the chili powder, paprika, and garlic powder, cook another minute. Add the pasta and zucchini and toss to coat, then pour in the broth and milk. Add the ketchup and stir to combine. Season if needed. Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat. Simmer 5-8 minutes until pasta is al dente, stirring often. Stir in cheese and cook another few minutes until very creamy. Top with fresh parsley if desired and serve in bowls. This was very good.
