Deer Hunting Season Continues as we Prepare for Thanksgiving

Settle in for this feature length vlog where Wisconsin deer hunting season continues as we prepare for our Thanksgiving celebration. Sweet Potato Casserole 4 large sweet potatoes, peeled, boiled, and mashed (3-4 cups) 1/4 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 2 eggs 1/2 c. milk 1/2 tsp. vanilla 4 Tbsp. melted butter Mix all ingredients together well and spread in buttered 2 qt. baking dish. This can be made ahead up to 5 days and kept tightly covered in the refrigerator. On day of baking prepare topping crumble with 1/3 c. brown sugar, 1/3 c. flour, 4 Tbsp. melted butter and 1/2 c. chopped pecans. Crumble over sweet potatoes and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes until hot and a little bubbly around the edges. This is delicious and I'm often asked for this recipe.
