Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Topping: Mix all together 2 eggs, 1 c. brown sugar, 2 T. flour, 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. vanilla, 1 c. chocolate chips. Pour over hot baked crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Err on less time, although my family loved how dark it got. They thought it tasted like caramel. Baked Pork Chops 6 pork chops 1 sliced onion 1 can cream of chicken soup 3 T. ketchup 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce salt and pepper Trim fat from chops, brown chops in oiled skillet on stove-top. Season with salt and pepper. Combine remaining ingredients. Place chops in glass baking dish. Pour sauce over chops. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes until pork is done and tender. I didn't think mine were very tender at all. Warren really liked the gravy over mashed potatoes. Cheesy Italian Tortellini 1/2 pound ground beef 1/2 pound Italian sausage 1 jar marinara sauce 1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese 1 can diced tomatoes with Italian seasoning 1 pkg. (9 oz.) refrigerator cheese tortellini (mine were the soft, but still dry tortellini by the other pasta at Aldi) 1 c. fresh mushrooms (optional) Brown beef and sausage (I used all sausage). Drain. Spray 4 qt. slow cooker with Pam. Mix all ingredients except cheese in slow cooker. Cook on low for about 3-4 hours. Top with cheese, cover and continue cooking until cheese is melted. Serve with Italian bread and salad.
