What does IFAC do?

I brought Bruce Vivian back for a chat! He's now working for IFAC (International Federation of Accountants) as the Head of Accountancy Education... (Spoiler alert... it's NOT teaching Accounting!) So... what is it?! And... did you know there are Standards for it too!? This is the beginning of a really interesting, really broad discussion on Accounting Education which we'll continue to pursue... understanding some basic structures is a starting point!
