Struggle with Financial management topics? Here's why

I call this Rules vs Tools - There's a really big difference between learning topics that are compliance-based, (ie: they're all based on 'rules'... laws, Standards... you HAVE to do it this way), and the topics that are based on guidelines, best practices and tools... (eg: there are LOADS of ways to solve the problem, which tool would you pick?). In this video, I discuss compliance-based learning, and why we're more comfortable with it.
