You can find the full article here: https://accountingstudyadvice.com/ignorant-millenials/ I came across a YouTube video created by these gents a while back. They were chatting about their study and professional qualification journeys. (Here's their channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCSfax5IH2_FZh-4Q7dkampg) I loved their humour, honesty and openness, so I contacted them and we had a chat about a bunch of stuff. From their study journeys and work; what they wish they'd learnt earlier, finances and earnings, expectation gaps and challenges they've experienced in the workplace and their perspectives on success. This chat is a little more 'informal' and covers more personal topics than a lot of my other chats, so it's far more 'human'. They insist that they're open books and happy to chat about ANYTHING... so we tested that a little! I had loads of laughs, and I imagine we'll be having more chats in the future. Thanks gents! What we chatted about: Intro 0:00 What was your biggest expectation gap? 6:00 Why did no-one tell us how important emotional intelligence is? 20:39 Have you reached that moment of 'success'? 27:43 What is success? 36:00 Money (and marriage!) 49:50 Were there times you thought you wouldn't make it? 1:00:00
