How often should you publish on Medium?

How often should you publish a blog post on Medium? Three times per week? Three times per month?...Three times per day??? So many people have SO many different opinions on how best to go big on Medium with publishing frequency. The truth is like any complicated question, is there's a complicated answer. It also comes down to what you're hoping to accomplish. Earning money is one goal, but what about building a portfolio? Gaining clients for your coaching business? Practicing a writing habit?
