This PR is the compact header work from Maykar, and it’s the thing people have been asking for forever. It cuts down that oversized Lovelace header so your dashboard content starts sooner—especially noticeable on mobile.

+Saves vertical space on Lovelace dashboards
+Feels cleaner and more modern in day-to-day use
+Still expands in edit mode so the UI stays usable

Cons

-Not the full feature set of the old custom header yet
-More customization is still a future goal
