Ey up! Today I’ve landed in sunny Blackpool on a serious chippy mission — to find out whether TripAdvisor is actually right when it comes to the best and worst fish and chips in town. I started off at Yorkshire Fisheries, the highest rated chippy in Blackpool, to see if it really lives up to the hype and all those 5-star reviews. Then I made my way over to Mickey Finn’s, which currently sits rock bottom as the worst rated chippy, with some absolutely savage reviews online. 😬 I’m judging both on three key areas: 🍽️ Taste – does it actually hit the spot? 💷 Value – am I getting my money’s worth or being mugged off? 🤝 Service – friendly welcome or can’t-be-bothered attitude?
