NinjaTrader 8.1.5 is here, and I walked through the updates that actually matter for real futures traders who live in the platform every day. The big theme is stability + speed: the chart window resize issue that could crash things is addressed, and the option-chain/instrument-name bugs that caused freezes are getting cleaned up. I also covered the new invert scale option, which is a game-changer if you’re comparing mirrored instruments (think 6C vs. USDCAD) and want overlays to make visual sense without doing mental gymnastics. On the workflow side, I’m a big fan of the indicator search and built-in descriptions right inside the Indicators window—less hunting around, more time testing. Trade Performance also gets a huge upgrade with time-based filtering (not just dates), which makes your session-by-session review way more accurate.
