This spot is mainly street-focused, so if you’re trying to level up your ledge and rail game, there’s a lot here to work with. I walk you through the layout and point out the standout obstacles—stuff you don’t see at every park—so you can show up with a plan instead of just rolling around hoping you find lines. Cooper has some really unique features like grass gaps, a pole jam down rail, a metal slappy curb, a pump track, and a rainbow rail. I like parks like this because they force progression: you can start small, build confidence on the easier street features, then work your way up to the more technical stuff.
