In this vlog, I’m keeping it real: things aren’t so perfect over here. This is one of those check-in style videos where I’m sharing what’s been going on behind the scenes and why I’m not always able to show up like everything is polished and put together. If you’re going through a messy season—emotionally, mentally, or just life being life—I want you to know you’re not alone. Even though my channel is usually wigs, hair loss, and confidence (with some mom life mixed in), this video is more about the “real talk” part of my journey—showing up as me, not a highlight reel. I talk through the reality that progress isn’t linear and that it’s okay to have off days. My biggest takeaway: give yourself permission to be human, take a breath, and reset without guilt. We can still move forward, even when things feel imperfect.
