Two special Oloroso sherry butts were selected for the eighth edition - Cask No. 116 from 2014 and Cask No. 264 from 2015. Distillation was carried out in small copper stills, as is customary at Wolfburn, with great care and in a slow process that ensures the smooth texture and fine balance of the whisky.
