Polymaker PLA

I used Polymaker PLA for my first round of prints because it’s a reliable baseline material and makes it easy to judge a printer’s fundamentals. The stored models like the Eiffel Tower and Benchy looked great, and my upscaled overhang-heavy kitten came out fantastic.

Pros

  • +Consistent PLA for baseline testing
  • +Great surface finish and reliable printing in my tests

Cons

  • -PLA still benefits from good cooling and reasonable chamber temps

What Where Nerdy is Cool! says
