Emeril Lagasse Everyday 360 Stainless Steel Air Fryer

This Emeril Lagasse air fryer is what I used as a dedicated mini convection oven to recharge my desiccant packs. The convection airflow plus the mesh tray let me spread the packets out and dry them evenly, and after testing different times I found 120°C for 40 minutes worked perfectly for my setup.
