I upgraded to the Sony ZV-1 after filming on my phone for about a year and a half, mainly because my phone couldn’t keep up with all the raw footage storage. The flip-out screen makes framing way easier, and features like bokeh mode help keep me in focus. I also like that I can mount a separate mic on top when I need better audio.
