Within the town of Tipton lies the notorious and somewhat introverted Moat Farm Estate known locally as 'The Lost City'. The estate has very poor statistics for poverty and a reputation for high crime and danger. I was intrigued and had to explore. In my opinion, the people of the Black Country are the most down to earth and genuine people you will find in Britain. They call a spade a spade and never fail to entertain.
