From War to Peace? Trip Report from a Middle East Study Tour

With the Gaza crisis teetering between a potential military campaign in Rafah and a diplomatic off-ramp that could lead to a Saudi-Israeli-U.S. security and normalization deal, The Washington Institute sent a delegation to the region to assess near-term prospects and evaluate what the Biden administration can do to advance security and peace in the current environment.
