For my Showfield project, I spent two years photographing the agricultural shows of the North of England. One of my favourite images was this one of a shepherd protecting his family against the rain. It ended up being used as the cover for my book. It was also one of the hardest to shoot because of the awful weather conditions on the day. In fact, I ruined a Canon 6D while shooting this image in the rain!! I was thrilled to learn that my book 'Showfield' was accepted into the Martin Parr Foundation library, so the Canon 6D didn't have a wasted life...
