In this POV street photography video, we spend a day and evening on the streets of Blackpool. Over eight hours or so on the street, we shoot in harsh winter light and the chaos that is the Christmas fun fair at night. There is also a taste of the banter that goes on between us when we are shooting. This is the product of being together for over 30 years!! We aren't competitive... at all... nope...never 🤪 Technical stuff, for those that ask: All the stills were shot on Leica M Monochrom cameras. Sarah shot everything with a Leica 28mm Summicron-M ASPH (as she always does). Jeff used a Leica 28mm Elmarit-M ASPH, and a Leica 35mm Summilux-M for most of the night photography. The photographs were processed by Jeff in Adobe Lightroom using his SilverChrome profiles and presets https://jeffascough.com/silverchrome The main video footage was shot with a couple of GoPro Hero 8 Black cameras. The wider shots were courtesy of an Apple iPhone 12 Pro using the BeastCam app. The video was edited in Apple's Final Cut Pro. Hope you enjoy the video.
