Merry Christmas from Chiang Mai! 🎄 Join me for our traditional Christmas morning walk at the stunning Ang Kaew Reservoir and through the vibrant streets of Nimman, Chiang Mai. While we usually start at 5:00 AM, today we’re soaking in the 9:00 AM atmosphere, visiting Maya Mall, the "tourist crossing," and the festive displays at One Nimman. In this vlog, I reflect on a massive year in Thailand, share my plans for a "refresher" trip back to the UK, and enjoy a traditional expat Christmas—KFC for dinner and a relaxing massage! Most importantly, we take a moment to honor those we’ve lost this year, including legends Steady Eddy (Edward Sweeney) and Peter Holroyd (Discovering Thailand).
