This Beauty of Joseon Rice Milk Toner was spectacular for my dry, 50+ skin. It’s milky (shake it up) and it immediately takes my face from feeling taut and tight after cleansing to feeling like “ahhh, skincare is starting.” I would definitely repurchase once I work through my other toners.
