Today I’m talking about something that’s реально important right now: job hunting in IT. The market is tough — not only for beginner programmers, but even for people with experience. Requirements keep getting higher, competition is growing, and that’s why you need to use smarter ways to find opportunities instead of just sending applications and hoping for the best. In this video I focus on one конкретний method that actually helps: going to a real job fair and meeting companies in person. I visited Jobmesse in Germany, and I show what it looks like, how companies present themselves, and how you can talk directly with their representatives and managers. The biggest advantage is simple: when you meet people face-to-face, you’re much more likely to be remembered and at least get invited to an interview. I also share why networking matters at these events, how exchanging contacts works, and what extra help you can get on the spot — like free consultations with a resume specialist who can tell you exactly how to improve your CV. There’s even an option to take a professional resume photo right at the fair (usually paid). And yes, I also mention what companies were looking for when I talked to them — things like Java developers and testers.
