In this video I talk honestly about the question I see all the time on YouTube: “How to become a programmer in 3 months and immediately land a job.” I want to say right away—becoming a full-fledged programmer in such a short time is simply unrealistic. Programming isn’t just learning syntax and repeating structures. You also need tools, frameworks, and sometimes even multiple languages, and all of that takes time. But here’s the reality: getting a job in IT after 3–4 months can be quite realistic if you focus on the basics and start acting early. My approach is simple: master fundamentals, build 1–2 small projects, and then start applying for entry-level roles. Some companies do hire beginners without experience, and interviews often test your logic, task-solving, and communication—because teamwork matters. If you can, take a course with practical training or an internship (even unpaid at first). Real growth happens on real projects: problem solving, creative thinking, and constant practice—practice, practice, and more practice.
