Did I go too far with MTB upgrades?

I’ve had this Cannondale Moterra Neo S4 for over a year now. It’s a 2023 model I got for a terrific price. I rode it stock a couple of times then went to work on it. Part of that was the stock parts weren’t all that great. Second part of that was I got this bike in December and couldn’t ride it as much as I wanted. As they say, idle hands are the devil’s workshop. So let’s go over what’s been changed. The wheels, tires, fork, stem, bars, grips, brakes, cranks, pedals, rear shock, rear derailuer, seat, shifter, controller, and I think that’s it. Basically, everything but the dropper post and that’s on the list because there’s some stiction going on here. What’s left aside from that?
