In this video, I reviewed AnyToSpeech, one of the best text to speech online services I’ve tested for creating natural sounding voiceovers, MP3s, podcasts, and even full audiobooks. What I like is the variety: you can pick a narrator voice and then choose a “vibe” (style) like sympathetic or dramatic, and the samples sound surprisingly realistic. The dashboard is clean and simple, and you get multiple tools in one place—Text to Speech, URL to Speech, PDF to Audio, and Image to Speech. I also showed the step-by-step workflow for the most exclusive feature: converting a PDF into a real MP3 audiobook. You upload your PDF, choose the voice and style, place the order, and they deliver the audiobook to your email (in my test it was delivered within a few hours). On the free plan, text-to-speech is limited (200 characters), so if you need longer audio and commercial usage rights for YouTube or podcast work, you’ll want to upgrade—personally, I recommend the 1 million character plan because it’s basically around 16 hours of audio and removes daily limits. Finally, I demonstrated the Image to Speech tool and the Chrome extension that can read web pages aloud without even creating an account.
